Terms & Guidelines – Rawiah Platform
Lesson packages — return and exchange policy
The Spark: 15 hours for $324 USD; The Glow: 30 hours for $604 USD; The Blaze: 75 hours for $1,397 USD. These are the approved rounded totals including VAT. Buy two packages together to receive 10% off both.
All packages expire six calendar months after purchase. You may request a free one-time extension of one calendar month from My Packages.
A full refund is available within seven days of purchase if no lessons have been attended. After one or two attended lessons, a 50% refund is available even after seven days. No package refund is available from the third attended lesson onward. Refunds use the amount actually paid, return to the original payment method, and cancel the remaining package access.
You may exchange packages within the first three attended lessons. Used hours count toward the replacement and the original expiry stays the same. The difference between the replacement price and the amount actually paid is charged or refunded.
You may transfer your remaining enrollment to another registered student free of charge. They must accept the offer; until then, the hours are held and you can cancel the offer. Existing lesson history, expiry and extension usage are preserved.
Manage these requests in My Packages. Finish or cancel outstanding bookings before a refund, exchange or transfer. Earlier purchases without linked credit records require staff review. Payment-provider processing times may vary.
Smart Teacher annual access
Smart Teacher costs $10 USD for one year, either as a standalone purchase or an optional add-on after purchasing teacher-led lesson credits. The add-on is billed separately. Buying credits or creating an account alone does not include Smart Teacher.
One fixed lesson is available as a free preview. Full access starts after confirmed payment and lasts until the paid year expires. Automatic yearly renewal is off by default and is enabled only when you explicitly select it at checkout. Cancelling renewal prevents future charges and keeps access until the end of the paid year.
You may request a full refund within seven days of each $10 annual payment, including a renewal, whether or not you used Smart Teacher. Submit the request from your Smart Teacher dashboard. Requesting the refund ends Smart Teacher access and cancels future renewals. A pending request remains visible and can be retried; payment-provider processing times may vary.
These rules apply only to Smart Teacher. Teacher-led lesson packages, their credits, and their separate return and exchange policy are unaffected by a Smart Teacher refund.
